Blizzard-like snow is heading towards Massachusetts on Monday, expected to begin by midnight at the latest.National Weather Service meteorologist Bill Simpson says more than a foot of snow will fall onto the Greater Boston area, bring high winds up to 50 mph. The Cape and Islands could experience wind gusts up to 60 mph. "It's not technically a blizzard, but there could be blizzard-like conditions with low visibility and high winds," Simpson said.
