EDMONTON, Alberta (AP) — Ryan Nugent-Hopkins scored two goals and Taylor Hall had a goal and two assists as Edmonton beat the Philadelphia Flyers 4-2 on Tuesday night, a win that appears to have come at the cost of an injury to Connor McDavid, the Oilers' 2015 first-overall draft pick. With the Flyers leading 2-1 and 1:44 remaining in the second period, McDavid had a partial short-handed breakaway but fell awkwardly and was ridden hard into the boards by Philadelphia defensemen Michael Del Zotto and Brandon Manning, who also lost their balance on the play.
