STAMFORD-A Hartford man who helped rob the Gold Rush jewelry store in Norwalk in September 2016 was sentenced to eight years in jail at the Stamford courthouse Wednesday. Following his sentence, Donald Outlaw, 29, will have to serve seven years special parole, where any violation of the law can immediately land him back in jail.
