STAMFORD — Two Norwalk brothers have been accused of beating a man with a baseball bat and tire iron in the Cove. Lt. Tom Barcello said the assault occurred on Sept 10 when officers found the victim bleeding from the head and mouth on Cove Road near Frederick Street. Barcello said the victim told officers he knew the two men who beat him. Investigators identified the brothers as Milton, 28, and Gerson Morales, 27, who both live on Ely Avenue in Norwalk.
