Stories Related to Northern Colorado Cyclist Dies After Being Struck By Dump Truck

FORT COLLINS — A 59-year-old man who was struck by a dump truck while riding his bike has died. The Coloradoan reports (http://noconow.co/1HcvkRn ) that Steve Studt died Sunday at the Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland. He was taken there after he was struck by a Freightliner dump truck June 26. The truck was traveling in the same direction and attempted to pass Studt on a two-lane road by moving into the eastbound lane, but oncoming vehicles caused the driver to move back into the westbound lane.
