Colorado Springs parks officials will unveil a draft master plan for North Cheyenne Canon Park Tuesday. The master plan process aims to catalog the park's resources, highlight potential problems and outline opportunities for improvement. The last plan for North Cheyenne Canon Park was finished in 1999; such plans typically have a life span of up to 15 years. Representatives of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services will display the draft plan at an open house at 6 p.m.
