STOCKTON — A man fired several shots at a woman in the 1900 block of Gordon Verner Circle about 9:40 p.m. Sunday, but all the shots missed, police reported.The woman had just arrived in the area and was still in her car when another car, a dark newer Audi, stopped across the street, a man got out, and he fired six to eight shots at the woman, police said.The shooter, who was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, got back into the car and left.
