MoreauA 34-year-old Gansevoort mother charged with misdemeanor child endangering for paying strippers to perform lap dances at her son's 16th birthday party accepted a plea bargain Thursday that requires her to perform 50 hours of community service.Judy H. Viger promised she'll complete the work by Jan. 31.By taking the deal, Viger avoids the possibility of a year in jail if found guilty of child endangerment.Viger was offered community service in return for dropping five counts of misdemeanor child endangerment if she stays out of trouble for six months.Viger had little to say before Town Justice Timothy Alden.
