Lira 25th in ARCAMichael Lira finished 25th in an ARCA Series race Friday at Iowa Speedway. The Port Orange driver cut a tire and hit the wall during the race. He wasn't injured. Lira turned 18 years old Thursday and became completely ARCA legal. Mason Mitchell, who won the ARCA championship in 2014, earned his second career ARCA win.
