Rife with religious symbolism, the performance welcomed her alter-ego Roman Zolanski to the Grammy stage for the first time. On Monday (February 13), Minaj called into Ryan Seacrest's radio show to give her take on the red-hot performance. "Well, [that religious character I walked the carpet with] is a major part of the story and the movie that I'm writing about one of my alter egos; his name is Roman," she said.
