They split in 2005, and a year later, Lachey began dating Minnillo, 28, after they met on the shoot for his music video, "What's Left of Me." Minnillo previously dated Yankees' shortstop Derek Jeter.Rumors of a breakup have been swirling around for the past month or so.Minnillo is a TV personality and model, known for her stints on "Total Request Live," as a correspondent for "Entertainment Tonight" and as host to the reality competition show "True Beauty." She also starred in the spoof "Disaster Movie."Lachey has appeared in a number of TV guest roles, such as for "One Tree Hill," hosted "High School Musical: Get in the Picture" and executive produced MTV's "Taking the Stage."
