CONCORD, N.H. — A New Hampshire man has pleaded not guilty to charges he bought four hand grenades from an undercover agent in January. WMUR-TV reports that Daniel Musso, of Brentwood, appeared in federal court in Concord Friday to enter the pleas. Musso is being held without bail. His lawyer, Mark Sisti, says he will seek Musso’s release and that he intends to take the case to trial. Court documents say federal agents were contacted by a New Hampshire firearms dealer last summer, who tipped them that Musso was looking to buy grenades, ammunition and rockets. Federal prosecutor Mark Zuckerman says Musso was taken into custody immediately after taking receipt of a bag containing the hand grenades. Musso’s trial is scheduled for May.
