A 24-year-old New Hampshire man is being hailed as a hero after pulling a baby and a toddler from a burning apartment early yesterday morning, fire officials said.Devin Isaacs was among the tenants of a four-unit building at The Village at Crafts Hill Apartments in West Lebanon, N.H., who fled the blaze that was first reported about 1:55 a.m., Lebanon fire Chief Chris Christopoulos said.
