CONCORD, N.H. – A judge is pondering a New Hampshire woman’s plea for a medical marijuana identification card before state dispensaries open. Linda Horan, who is battling late-stage lung cancer, wants the state to grant her a card now so she can obtain marijuana in Maine, which serves patients who have registry cards in their home states. Four dispensaries won’t open in New Hampshire until early next year.
