Bookmark or Share- Download & use Google Translate - Android - Google Translate HelpTo download both languages for offline use, leave "Translate offline" checked. If either language isn’t available for download, it will say "Not available offline." Note: To download a language, by default, you must be connected to a Wi-Fi network. Use Google Translate on the web. To use Google Translate on the web, go to Google Translate.
- Translate documents or write in a different languageIn Google Docs or Google Slides, go to the top menu and click File Language the language you need. In Google Sheets, go to the top menu and click File Spreadsheet settings, then pick the locale of the language you need. When you choose a non-Latin language, the “Input tools menu” will show in the toolbar.
- Translate by speech - Computer - Google HelpIf your device has a microphone, you can translate spoken words and phrases. In some languages, you can hear the translation spoken aloud. Important: If you use an audible screen reader, we recommend you use headphones, as the screen reader voice may interfere with the transcribed speech. Translate with a microphone
- Translate conversations with interpreter mode - Google HelpArticulate the words and limit extra noise so your device can determine which language you’re speaking. Step 2: Check your pronunciation. If you’re translating between two languages that share words, your device may not be able to tell which language you’re speaking.
- Translate documents & websites - Computer - Google HelpTo automatically set the original language of a document, click Detect language. Click Browse your computer. Select the file you want to translate. Click Translate and wait for the document to finish translating. Click Download translation to download your translated document.
