Commander Price, whose death was non-combat related, was a native of Pottstown, Pennsylvania. He was graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1993 with a degree in Human Behavior and Leadership. He was commissioned in the United States Navy and subsequently graduated from Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL training with Class 193. More @Wikipedia
