UI isn't about just this job. It's about ALL jobs into the past for 18 months as far as wages go. If you only had this job, April to Sept may not be enough wages, and if your letter says that, then you can reapply when the quarters shift on April 7, that will fix that issue. The 1 month's pay is probably why the remuneration. More @Wikipedia
