As an FYI, it is nearly impossible to get a dealership to honor the warranty so don't count on that while making your decision.

My 2017 was about 8 months old when I got my first crack. I chose to replace it with a cheap $212 replacement since I had a deductible on my insurance of $300 - it was cheaper.
