- Service Host: Network Service -Delivery Optimization hogging networkCurrently Service Host: Network Service -Delivery Optimization is hogging the network. Therefore nothing else can download at the right speed. For example I am using the xbox (beta) app to install Gears 5 but it is barely able to achieve a reading so downloads very slowly while sayin 0mb/s and intermittently stating 2-3mb/s.
- svchost.exe Service Host: Network Service using all my net connection ...I have had this issue on windows 10 and 11 and can't find a way to stop it. If I stop it (end task), the process restarts. I have tried disabling windows update, turning off downloads / uploads from other PCs, bandwidth limiting in delivery optimisation, and nothing seems to stop it.
