Id say make sure you get all the maintenance receipts...In 2005 I bought a car 2004 Echo from a body shop that used to be an Enterprise rent-a-car. The car had been in the ditch, the body shop bought the car to fix it cosmetically and sell it. Car had 19,000 KM (12K miles), looked brand new and still had 3 years warranty. More @Wikipedia
