- Sorry, this payment card cannot be used on this bookingLastly, make sure your card is registered with your bank for 3DSecure so you can verify the payment. Another issue we find with online payments is where a user submits their card but hasn't sorted 3DSecure so the bank can't text/email them to verify it's the real cardholder, so rejects the transaction, hence the 'this card can't be used' warning.
