Bookmark or Share- All Microsoft apps say no internet connection despite internet working ...I have no VPN software and only windows defender is on the computer. I also tried disabling windows firewall, but that made no difference. As mentioned, the other user on the computer can connect to Microsoft apps fine, but not 2 of the other users. Also connecting to the web apps is not an issue. Let me know if there are any other steps.

- Programs aren't able to connect to internet, but my browsers are fineGo to Settings > Network & Internet > WIfi > Manage Known Networks, highlight and remove the network having problems, restart PC to see if it shows up again. Try plugging in by ethernet cable to the router to compare, then plug the ethernet cable into the modem (if separate) to see if this might be an issue with the router.
