- Zip a presentation file - Microsoft SupportYou can compress, or zip, the file in Windows, which shrinks the size of the file but retains the original quality of your presentation. You can also compress the media files within the presentation so they're a smaller file size and easier to send.
- Reduce the file size of a picture in Microsoft OfficeYou can reduce the file size and save disk space by compressing pictures in your document. The compression options reduce both the file size and picture dimensions based on how you intend to use the picture, such as viewing on screen or in an email message.
- Compress your media files - Microsoft SupportCompress your PowerPoint media files to improve playback performance and save disk space.
- Change the font size - Microsoft SupportOn the Home tab, click the font size you want in the Font Size box. You can also type in any size you want in multiples of .1, such as 10.3 or 105.7. The bullet automatically increases or decreases in size to match the font size changes.
