It was a perfect proposal: Matt Cawley took girlfriend Stacey Scanlon on a romantic walk along a jetty and tied a family heirloom diamond engagement ring to a sand dollar. But when she grabbed it, the $9,000 ring dropped among the rocks — and it hasn’t been seen since.
