TOWN OF NEWBURGH — Town of Newburgh residents are concerned that the harvesting of nearly 1,200 trees on a wooded property off Union Avenue will unleash water onto their neighboring properties.Last month the town Planning Board approved a permit from Harry Serviss Jr. to cut down roughly 15 trees per acre on 80 acres of his 98-acre property.
