AlbanyNew York is pushing the administration of President Donald Trump to make five other predominantly coal-burning states reduce air pollution that is forming smog in New York.Both Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman on Wednesday filed a complaint with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for allegedly failing to enforce the federal Clean Air Act.The complaint targets air pollution blowing eastward into New York from Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.
