New York Man Picked Up With 43 Counterfeit Bills In Stamford

STAMFORD-A New York City man was picked up at the Stamford Town Center mall allegedly trying to pass 20 counterfeit bills on Sunday, police said. Capt. Richard Conklin said police were called to the Zara clothing store on the fifth level of the mall at about 5 p.m. on the report of a man who had just passed 13 counterfeit $20 bills and picked up two blazers.
