A New York City man pleaded guilty Thursday to trafficking heroin, fentanyl, cocaine and crack. Ambrose Wan, 33, entered his plea at the U.S. District Court in Bangor, United States Attorney Halsey B. Frank said in a press release. Court records show Wan conspired with others between July and September 2017 to distribute the drugs in central Maine.
