YSU President Jim Tressel says the new Wick Avenue will be a part of what makes the university and Youngstown first class. People will say: “I want to be a part of a place that looks like this," he said His remarks came during Friday's red ribbon-cutting to celebrate the main thoroughfare's reopening after a renovation of more than a year and about $5 million.
