By Phil Kabler New methodology for calculating prevailing wage rates for state-funded construction projects is not likely to dramatically change wages for construction workers - and in parts of the state, will probably mean higher rates than the current prevailing wage, the executive director of the Affiliated Construction Trades Foundation said Tuesday."In general, it should be about the same.
