NEW HAVEN >> A Norway spruce about 60 feet tall will loom over the city Green as the city begins preparing the towering ornament for its formal lighting ceremony in December. Mayor Toni Harp joined Parks Department Director Rebecca Bombero and Department of Arts, Culture And Tourism Director Andrew Wolf on a chilly, Halloween Monday afternoon to introduce the tree that will serve as the city's official Holiday Tree.
