New Haven Crews Quickly Knock Down Fire On West Street

NEW HAVEN >> City fire crews quickly knocked down flames today that damaged a home on West Street, the second city fire in a 12-hour period. No one was hurt in the fire at 131 West St., which was reported at 6:43 a.m., Battalion Chief Brian Jooss said at the scene.
