Having a fireball personality is not a job requirement for the president and CEO of HandsOn Jacksonville. At least not formally. But abundant energy and enthusiasm were hallmarks of former president and CEO Judy Smith, who retired in December after 21 years. She found a similar combination of kinetics and expertise in her handpicked successor, LeAnn Daddario, who assumed the top job in January after stints at senior vice president/chief operating officer and development director.
