New Fairfield Man Charged With Dui After Crash

Police said a computer check showed his license was suspended and he was banned from driving without an interlock ignition device, which is designed to prevent drivers from starting a car when intoxicated, because of prior DUI convictions. Vohra, of Woodridge Lane, New Fairfield, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without interlock ignition device, evading responsibility, driving under suspension and failure to drive right.
