The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Kolby Daniel Edwards, charging him with first-degree premeditated murder and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. The incident happened Friday in the 9000 block of Belvedere Road in West Palm Beach.
