Nebraska Supreme Court Upholds Omaha Man's Murder Conviction

LaRon M. Jones appealed on the grounds that the conviction was based on unreliable witnesses who had been shown a rigged photo lineup by police. The Supreme Court rejected his arguments in an opinion released Thursday.
