Nearly 200 Miles Paved Through First Year Of Colorado Springs Road Tax

A relatively dry summer helped Colorado Springs work crews pave about 183 lane miles, city officials boasted on Wednesday - toward the end of the first year Colorado Springs taxpayers have chipped in to help city roads.Crews have completed 85 percent of their planned paving operations for the year, but have 32 lane miles left.
