RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — Ready for spring? So is the North Carolina Museum of Art, which is holding its inaugural festival of art and flowers. The festival, titled Art in Bloom, opens Thursday and ends Sunday. It features 45 floral masterpieces inspired by the museum's permanent collection. It also includes master classes, floral demonstrations, lectures, family activities and a wine tasting. Tickets are $10 for museum members and $15 for nonmembers.
