The National Weather Service is sounding the alarm that some areas of the state could be buried under another 2 feet of new snow when the third nor'easter in less than two weeks hits tonight.A winter storm warning will take effect at 11 p.m.General accumulations of a foot to 18 inches in blizzard-like conditions should be expected, with eastern Massachusetts once again in Old Man Winter's bull's eye throughout tomorrow.
