Losing another right winger to injury wasn’t a hindrance for Avalanche top-line center Nathan MacKinnon and left winger Gabe Landeskog. MacKinnon had another multi-point night and extended his points streak to six games on Saturday at Ball Arena, and Landeskog scored twice with two assists in Colorado’s 4-1 victory over Central Division rival Minnesota. The Avs were missing top-line winger Mikko Rantanen, who missed his second consecutive game with a lower-body injury, and his replacement, Andre Burakovsky, was injured in the second period and didn’t play in the third. “We had to work for everything we got,” Landeskog said.
