Two suspended Muslim state prison guards were reinstated hours after bringing a class action lawsuit on Monday that accused the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision of religious discrimination for ordering them to shave their beards.Plaintiff Brian Sughrim has worked for DOCCS since 1994 while fellow plaintiff David Feliciano went to work for the agency around 2000.
