GOSHEN – A City of Newburgh man pleaded guilty to murder Thursday afternoon in Orange County Court, admitting to beating Armando Soriano-Martel to death with a pipe.Alvaro Ramos-Lopez, 27, pleaded guilty in front of Judge Nicholas De Rosa to second-degree murder.
