A motorcycle rider was seriously hurt Saturday after colliding with a van on Padden Parkway in Vancouver, according to the Washington State Patrol. WSP Trooper Will Finn said the crash occurred at 6:50 p.m. when a westbound Honda motorcycle driven by Steven L. Williams, 59, of Vancouver collided with an eastbound Chrysler minivan driven by Brenda J.
