Mother Charged With Manslaughter In Baby's Accidental Drowning

The mother of an 8-month-old boy who drowned in a Warren bathtub has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and child abuse for her role in the incident.The case of Sara Al-Mestony, 28, was bound over to Macomb County Circuit Court on April 26 following a preliminary examination in 37th District Court in Warren and Center Line.
