STOCKTON — The mother of a 20-month-old baby boy has been arrested and charged with causing her son’s death, police reported Monday.The boy, who has not been identified, was first brought to St. Joseph’s Medical Center on Aug. 6 suffering from “obvious trauma and was in cardiac arrest,” according to the police report.Life-saving measures were started at St.
