Emergency contracts will be sought this week to fix the two sink holes that formed in west Mobile as a result of heavy downpours Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Aside from that, Mobile Mayor Sandy Stimpson said the city is "fortunate" to have skated by some of the more severe flood-related problems that occurred elsewhere.
