A minor earthquake rattled a remote area along the Utah-Arizona border Wednesday morning. The University of Utah Seismograph Stations recorded to 3.4-magnitude temblor at 8:41 a.m. The quake, 8 miles south of St. George, occurred at a depth of 7.8 miles.
