WESTTOWN — The debate over how to best develop a solar farm off County Route 62 in the Town of Minisink will continue into August.The Minisink Planning Board on Wednesday evening kept the public hearing open for the 501 County Route 62 project after three months of back-and-forth between developers, board members and neighbors of the project.The farm would take up 6 acres of an 85-acre parcel.
