Midstate Businessman Pleads Guilty To Underreporting Income To Irs

A midstate businessman pleaded guilty Monday to filing a federal income tax return that understated his 2010 income by $238,381, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
