Middletown Issues Its First Photo Id Cards

MIDDLETOWN — Residents lined up well before the city clerk's office opened Wednesday morning to get some of the first-ever Middletown identification cards.City Clerk John Naumchik estimated 65 people received the new photo IDs on Wednesday.People were lined up at 8:30 a.m. Naumchik said he went ahead and opened the office 15 minutes early to accommodate the crowd.The process takes 10 minutes from start to finish, once a person makes it through the line, he [...]
