Run Surface Diagnostic Toolkit and check for Windows Update. Restart the Surface after installing updates. Update drivers and firmware. Check what is the current OS Build of your Windows version by typing winver on the search bar near the Windows logo. Go to Download driver and firmware for Surface, choose (your Surface model) then click Download.

I Just received my brand-new Surface pro 11 (Snapdragon Elite) and I noticed that there is a 39-watt charger in the box. I happen to have multiple surfaces in house, including a Surface dock 2. The chargers vary from 39, 65 to 127 Watt output; the dock has 120 Watt power delivery.
